Starting on September 24, 2011 we will be opening our doors on Saturday night for an alternative worship service as well as keeping our Sunday morning services.

We’ll start around 6:30 and be done before 8:00 each night.

Dress however you want, bring whoever you want and sit wherever you want.

Middle school and high school girls will be paired with college-age women and other women within the church.

There will be an informational meeting on Sunday, August 28th following the service.

The study we will be doing this time is entitled “Do You Think I’m Beautiful” and the author/presenter is Angela Thomas.  

This study provides a personal study experience five days a week plus viewer guides for the group video sessions of this in-depth women’s Bible study. Based on the popular trade book with the same title it seeks to bridge the gap between the life a woman longs for and the life she actually has.

The video-based study combines practical Bible teaching and real-world advice. Through her warm and intimate style of teaching, Thomas touches readers with personal stories that will resonate in their own lives and draw them closer to their loving Father.

The participant manuals will be $9.

Qualified applicants should have computer, basic bookkeeping, administrative and people skills.

All proceeds go towards the building fund as RBC begins construction on a new worship center.

Cost is $12.00 per cookbook.  If you want 5-9 Cookbooks they are $10.00, and if you purchase 10 cookbooks or more, they are $9.00 per cookbook.

Who: Dr. Mike Kuykendall, Professor of New Testament Studies, Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Vancouver, WA: “Dr. K” is an expert in biblical hermeneutics, Bible translation, eschatology, and the history of the English Bible.

How much: Free. We will be taking up a love offering on Saturday. Also, “Dr. K” will be preaching at Ridgeview on Sunday morning at 10:30 AM.
