Our Vision
To see the people in Chadron and beyond reached, built up and committed to Christ and one another.
First of all, we have a desire to see everyone in the greater Chadron area become faithful followers of Jesus Christ.
Secondly, we want to be an incubator for other believers, pastors, missionaries, and church plants.
Specifically, God has provided Ridgeview with the unique opportunity to reach hundreds of college students from Chadron State College (some from other countries) with the gospel and to make disciples who will then go to every corner of the globe.
We want to be the place that you, wherever you are on your spiritual journey, can learn about and become more intimate with the one and only Savior, Jesus Christ.
By necessity, we emphasize grace. Wherever you are or wherever you’ve been in life, you’ll find other people like you, in need of the grace of God. We believe that the heart of Jesus beats passionately for imperfect, irreligious people.
We also emphasize truth. We believe that the bible is God’s Word and as we study it, we’ll understand more who God is and what he has for us. But, we also understand that our understandings aren’t always perfectly right.
We emphasize relationships as the key if we’re to make an impact on our world. Our relationship with God and our relationship with other people.
We emphasize the need for us as Christ followers to be intentional in our daily lives as missionaries of Christ to the world.
